About the design, from Bethany:
A note for the font geeks: I chose Playfair Display italic for "250" as a nod to the America 250 ribbon logo. I wanted to honor the reference while being mindful of the trademark. Playfair Display is a typeface inspired by John Baskerville's transitional typography of the late 18th century. Benjamin Franklin was one of Baskerville's admirers, helping to introduce the typeface to early America's federal government publishing. Seems Franklin had an eye for innovative transitions from old world to new across all of his endeavors.

This semi-fitted tee skims the body and gives a flattering look without feeling tight. The soft, lightweight fabric makes it easy to wear on its own or layer under a jacket.
